Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be UNOPENED and SEALED in its original packaging
  • Must include all original packaging, labels, and materials
  • Must have receipt or proof of purchase

IMPORTANT: Due to health and safety regulations, opened creatine gummies or any opened nutritional supplements CANNOT be returned or refunded. Once the safety seal is broken or the container is opened, the product is non-returnable.

To start a return, contact us at sales@choicedailys.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product arrived with a broken seal or compromised packaging

We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographic evidence may be requested.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Opened nutritional supplements or gummies (broken seal = final sale)
  • Products past their expiration date at time of return request
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Products not purchased directly from Choice Daily's

Exchanges

For unopened products, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Returns will be rejected if the product seal is broken or the product has been opened.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
